This Friday we’ve got our usual Friday Night Magic! Come in with your standard deck and play! This event is growing and growing! Entry is still only $5.00! We begin around 6:00 pm.
Also this Saturday at 6:00 pm, we will have our regular Magic the Gathering Saturday Night Booster Draft. Only $15.00 for this event, but that covers all your boosters and prizes!
Mark this on your calendars: September 24th! We will be having the Magic the Gathering Innistrad Pre-Release Event! This will be a sealed event! What does that mean? Entry is only $25.00 and that gets you six boosters to build a deck with! Then we have a tournament! You also get free foil promo cards! We are taking sign-ups now! We will not do any over the phone sign-ups. You must come into the store!
So not only are we doing the Innistrad Pre-Release, we’re also going to have the Launch Party one week later! That’s right! As if holding a huge event on the 24th isn’t enough, we want to do it all again the next Saturday! But we’ll be giving away a different foil promo card! Stay tuned for details!
And in case you were wondering, the new MTG Innistrad cards will go on sale the Friday right before the Launch Party!
For those of you who came in on Sunday for our Board Game Night, you may have seen we were quite busy! So don’t miss out on the first Sunday in October for our next Board Game Night. We start at 5:00pm and go until 10:00pm. That’s right, we stay open late for this! Mark Hom comes in and sets up several games to be played! By the way, did I mention this event is free?!
For those of you who are looking for a Dungeons & Dragons game, look no further! Starting THIS Sunday, Sandie Firth will be coming in to start a new D&D campaign of her design! Come in with a first level character, pick one of her pre-generated characters, or Sandie will help build a character with you! This event starts at 1:00 pm and goes until about 4:00 or 5:00pm.
Details have not be finalized about this one, but at the end of this month, most likely the last Sunday of September, the Dead Gamers Society will be coming in to run their famous Rendezvous! A full day of gaming! We will open up at 10:00 am for this one! It’s huge! Once more details come down, we’ll be posting them!
So this week, Dicehouse Games was able to get in special orders for five people. That made up nine items! Everyone who put in a special order receives a 10% discount. Looking for something we don’t have in stock? Special order it and you too can receive a 10% discount. If we haven’t been able to get your special order, chances are our distributor was out, but I guarantee that we are doing our best to find it from somewhere else!
That’s about it for this week! See you all in seven!
